The project initiated by MSF – Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) & Ummeed Foundation jointly in partnership with other local NGO’s, Super Speciality Hospitals, Healthcare worker year 2022 for the improvement of the deprived diabetes patient in Maharashtra state.
The Project model holds the following cycle:
- Identification
- Counselling
- Initiated a Toll- Free Helpline No to get direct consultation from the expert Doctors of MSF
- A Complete Consultation, Diet Plan, preventions, and a detailed follow up on patient health update by the expert doctors of MSF.
- Conduction of HBA1C Test
- Group and individual Counselling of patients
